We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to:
- Educate and train patients in the skills and functions essential for independent living, productivity and maintaining quality of life.
- Responsibilities include: Effective and efficient delivery of rehab services under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist. Adherence to patient's established plan of care, office and patient schedules, and timely documentation. Promoting a safe environment for both patients and fellow employees. Putting patient service first to ensure they receive the highest quality of care in a compassionate environment.
- Services include the application of therapeutic techniques in areas such as therapeutic exercise, balance, coordination, agility training, body mechanics, posture, flexibility exercises, gait training, neuromotor development, and more. Functional training, manual therapy and the use of electrotherapeutic agents, mechanical modalities and traction.
- Physical Therapist Assistant will be able to evaluate patient progress, attitude, and behavior related to rehabilitative potential and perform routine reexaminations as required to modify/progress plan of treatment.
- Dynamic offers a competitive salary, paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, and Monday – Friday hours. No nights/weekends. We have options for health, dental and vision insurance, as well as 401K. We are a privately owned company with six (6) locations in Northern Michigan
